With our tin exchange policy, we will gladly accept your used tin vessels, repurpose them and refill them with your favorite scents. This process will consist of plucking out your old wick, sanitizing your tin, re-wick and repour for a small fee.

Candle care is very important to your candles burn performance. It is very important to trim the tip of your wick before each burn. Additionally, you must be sure that your candle has a complete melt pool before smothering as this may cause tunneling and an uneven burn.  These tips will allow your candle to burn smooth, slow & even. Do not allow candles to burn more than 3-4 hours. Never leave candles unattended and do not leave your candles near flammable objects, sprays, cans or anything that can be considered an accelerant.
